The Gourmet Menu | Restaurant at Château le Verdoyer

Cuisine from the Périgord terroir, inspired by the market and the Chef’s creativity.

Here, our menu is never set in stone. The Gourmet Menu evolves with the rhythm of the seasons, market arrivals, and our Chef’s latest inspirations — sometimes even from one service to the next. What remains unchanged, however, is our commitment: to prioritize fresh, seasonal products sourced from local producers in the Périgord Vert, and to prepare the vast majority of our dishes entirely in-house.
