The vast majority of our 23-hectare estate in Champs-Romain is accessible with complete autonomy—without the need to ask for help at every turn.

What is accessible on the estate

The Périgord Vert, with its rolling hills and deep forests, might seem challenging for wheelchair users. Château le Verdoyer has risen to this challenge with care. Here is a practical overview of what awaits you on site.

In total autonomy

Most areas of the campsite can be navigated without assistance:

• Restaurant : pond-side entrance, adapted toilets inside
• Terrace : sit back and relax, our team will take care of the rest
• Communal bathrooms: reserved accessible cubicle
• Shop : ground-level entrance; our team is happy to assist with high-shelf items
• Reception : counter at an accessible height
• Kids club: spacious ground-floor room

With a little help or by reservation

Some facilities and services require advance booking—do not hesitate to contact us ahead of time to organize everything smoothly:

• Pool : electric pool lift for water transfer
• Electric scooter : available for hire by reservation
• Electric patient hoist : available by reservation
• Home assistance : nurse or caregiver available morning and/or evening by reservation—for getting up, going to bed, hygiene, or medical care

This is the centerpiece of Château le Verdoyer for accessible holidays: spacious, well-equipped, and designed from A to Z to facilitate wheelchair movement. It comfortably accommodates 4 to 6 people, allowing the entire family to stay together without compromising on space or comfort.

Designed for maximum independence, it features a fully PRM-adapted bathroom, wide doors and circulation areas, and a level terrace to enjoy the beautiful Périgord evenings.

Low-season offer: enjoy a −25% discount on the public rate for any booking outside of July and August. A wonderful opportunity to discover the Périgord Vert in peace, when nature is at its most beautiful.
