The Taste of Authenticity
As passionate advocates of short-supply chains, we work hand-in-hand with local producers. From AOP Limousin apples to Périgord walnuts, trout from Anthony in Saint-Jean-de-Côle, meat from Le Terroir de Manon, and vegetables from the Ferme de la Verdale — every ingredient is chosen for its freshness and quality.
A Fusion of Flavors
While classics like duck confit or egg en cocotte with porcini mushrooms are the heartbeat of our menu, our Chef subtly infuses it with his Caribbean roots. Don’t be surprised to discover the zest of homemade accras or the creaminess of a coconut Mont Blanc amidst our Périgord flavors.
