An aquatic complex set within the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park
Nestled within our 28-hectare estate, our aquatic areas have been designed to ensure everyone finds their own slice of happiness — from young swimmers and lap-lane enthusiasts to parents looking to unwind and families in search of thrills. And because we are in the heart of the Périgord Vert, even your swim here retains a natural, authentic charm.
The indoor pool and spa: relaxation all season long
Even when the sun is shy, our heated indoor pool remains accessible. It is one of our most appreciated spaces at the beginning and end of the season, when the mornings are still crisp. The integrated spa is ideal for unwinding after a long hike through the Dronne Valley, or simply for a well-deserved break. The temperature is maintained throughout your stay, and the atmosphere is intentionally serene — the perfect antithesis to the waterslide, in a way.

The outdoor pools: for every type of swimmer
Our outdoor area offers three distinct pools to meet all your needs:
The large pool: for serious swimmers
Our outdoor semi-Olympic pool welcomes those who love a good swim. With a uniform depth of 1.70m and spacious lanes, it is the perfect place to clock in some laps. From the poolside, the view of the château creates a setting you won’t find anywhere else in the Dordogne.
The family pool: games and laughter guaranteed
At a depth of 90cm, the family pool is the preferred playground for slightly older children. Shallow enough for parents to keep a watchful, relaxed eye, and large enough for ball games to last until dinner time.
The paddling pool: first splashes for the little ones
Designed specifically for the youngest guests, the paddling pool offers a depth perfectly suited for their first steps in the water. Secure and monitored, it allows toddlers to discover the joys of the water at their own pace, while parents can relax just a few steps away.
The 37-meter waterslide: the highlight of the summer
It is hard to miss the waterslide when arriving at the campsite — and even harder to resist the urge to try it. With its 37 meters fully integrated into the estate’s natural landscape, it offers a thrilling ride suitable for both children and adults who are young at heart. A separate reception pool ensures safety upon arrival.
The Ponds: The Authenticity of the Périgord Vert
In the tradition of the Périgord Vert, known as the land of 1,000 ponds, we offer three distinct bodies of water:
The swimming pond: like a beach, in the heart of the Périgord Vert
- Well-appointed fine sand beach

- Wooden benches surrounding the pond

Fishing ponds: another way to enjoy the water
The Château Pond

- Easily accessible carp
- Ideal for fishing beginners
The Large Pond
- Larger and more rugged
- Diverse fish species
- Favorite spot for experienced anglers

Our Environmental Commitment
Managing an aquatic area of this size within a Regional Natural Park comes with responsibilities. We use eco-friendly filtration systems, optimize our water consumption, and strive to protect the biodiversity surrounding our ponds. Raising awareness among our guests about these issues is an essential part of the Verdoyer experience—because the Périgord Vert you come here to discover is the same one we have a duty to preserve.
