The Taste of Authenticity
Staunch advocates of short supply chains, we work hand-in-hand with local producers. From AOP Limousin apples to Périgord walnuts, Anthony’s trout from Saint Jean de Côle, meat from “Le Terroir de Manon“, as well as eggs from the neighboring farm or vegetables from the “Ferme de la Verdale“, every ingredient is selected for its freshness and quality.
A Fusion of Flavors
While classics such as duck confit or cèpe mushroom egg cocotte are the heart of our menu, our Chef subtly infuses it with his Caribbean roots. Do not be surprised to find the exoticism of a traditional Mont Blanc or the spice of homemade accras amidst our Périgord flavors.
