An authentic setting for a menu based on regional specialties

The restaurant of the Chateau le Verdoyer, protected by the thick walls of the château, in the warm atmosphere of an old room near the crackling wood fire in low season. In this elegant setting, you will have the opportunity to taste many specialties based on duck : gésier, confit, foie gras, etc.. 

Also the “Assiette de Pays” from the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord Limousin invites you to discover some local flavours. We offer you two different: Assiette du Bon Vivant (main course) and Douceur du Bon Vivant (sweet).

Besides the dishes from our traditional Perigord, our Chef is also known to be creative in offering various meats (for example buffalo meat) and fish cooked in its own way.

On sunny days, the restaurant terrace is also open on the banks of the pond wherein our castle reflects. And since 2010, we installed grill tables in small huts on the water of the pond.
A perfect setting for an evening with friends or family.


Try the "welcome dinner"

To give you the opportunity to taste the cuisine of our chef and discover our restaurant, we offer a formula specifically for your arrival at the campsite. We know in fact that after a day on the road, we would not enjoy cooking, or staying too long in the restaurant.

We propose you, the evening of your arrival, to come for a daily menu (appetizer, main course and dessert) at 12 € (7 € for kids) with the guarantee of prompt service.

This offer is valid only the evening of your arrival and you must book before your arrival at the campsite, to give us time to organize.

 Our restaurant is open every evening (and only in the evening), except on wednesday ! don't forget to book your table...

But in the meantime, enjoy preparing one of our dish, you can find in our menu... today : the crème brûlée, the foie gras terrine or the confit de canard.
