The Assiette de Pays® is the official name of a one-meal-dish, or dessert, which is composed by products of a region helping the customer to discover the good local gastronomy.

The Natural Park "Périgord Limousin" so decided to ask us (and many other restaurants) to create one or more dishes, in order to highlight local products. That is what we did by proposing 3 plates : one as main dish with duck and bizon, and one dessert, as well as, and that is new, a special plate for kids

served with a glass of Red Bergerac "Château les Merles" or with a glass of Jus de Pomme "Le Verger d'Antan"

 Douceur du Bon Vivant (6€) : Moelleux Chocolat & Nuts, Chestnut "confiture"
